Original Pooh

NAME
Original Pooh
RELEASE DATE
December 2009
INSPIRATION
Winnie the Pooh / Pooh Bear from A.A. Milne’s classic children’s books.

ABOUT
Original Pooh was initially just called “Pooh” but with the Walmart exclusive release of New Pooh, he’s now considered the original. The main differences between the two are his colors are much more muted (pale yellow fur and maroon top), a more elongated face and the name “Pooh” on his shirt.

He was one of the first three Pook-a-looz to show up at FAO Schwartz under the name “Fluffeez” in December 2009 and was included in the first set of seven that were released exclusively at Toys”R”Us in January 2010 under the name “Pook-a-looz”. Shortly after that, he was released in the 20 Piece Set through DisneyStore.com. Because of the release of New Pooh, he is now getting harder and harder to find.
