ABOUT
Original Mickey was initially just called “Mickey” but with the Walmart exclusive release of New Mickey and the Parks exclusive release of Parks Mickey, he’s now considered the original. The main differences between the three are that Original Mickey has a more classic look while New Mickey and Parks Mickey have a more modern Clubhouse Disney look. Original Mickey’s coloring is more muted and his front buttons are evenly sized.
He was one of the first three Pook-a-looz to show up at FAO Schwartz under the name “Fluffeez” in December 2009, and was included in the first set of seven that were released exclusively at Toys”R”Us in January 2010 under the name “Pook-a-looz”. Shortly after that, he was released in the 20 Piece Set through DisneyStore.com. He’s often considered the very first Pook-a-looz.
